First Sale Doctrine for the movie Empress Wu Zetian - Dream of the Red Chamber (Double Feature): Money 4 Movies is an online retailer and legal owner of the physical copies of movies it sells, rents and exchanges such as the movie Empress Wu Zetian - Dream of the Red Chamber (Double Feature). The promotion and advertisement of all movies, such as Empress Wu Zetian - Dream of the Red Chamber (Double Feature) DVD, advertised for sale or rental through the display of copies of box covers, including titles, actors names, producers, and the use of excerpts, synopses and previews of the movies is protected under the "first sale doctrine". 17 U.S.C. § 109 (a). The first sale doctrine protects the buyer's Money 4 Movies interest in goods it has purchased for resale and rental of such DVD movies and videos as Empress Wu Zetian - Dream of the Red Chamber (Double Feature) Movie.
