Wake of Death Used DVD
Wake of Death Description: "Jeanne-Claude Van Damme is Ben Archer, a gangster from Marseilles who now lives in LA; after a few decades of crime, he's decided to go straight and spend more time with his family. His wife Cynthia is an agent for the INS; she works to keep illegal Chinese immigrants out of the US. But when she discovers Kim (Valerie Tian), a troubled young girl on board a ship full of immigrants, she takes pity on her and brings the girl home with her. This turns out to be a mistake, as Kim is running for her life; when her maniacal father Sun Quan (Simon Yam), the trigger-happy leader of the Chinese Triad, discovers Kim's hiding place, he brutally murders all involved. Upon finding his wife's body, Ben resolves to extract revenge from the killers, and embarks upon a bloodletting of the entire Chinese mob, waging war with the aid of two of his former gang members."

First Sale Doctrine for the movie Wake of Death: Money 4 Movies is an online retailer and legal owner of the physical copies of movies it sells, rents and exchanges such as the movie Wake of Death. The promotion and advertisement of all movies, such as Wake of Death DVD, advertised for sale or rental through the display of copies of box covers, including titles, actors names, producers, and the use of excerpts, synopses and previews of the movies is protected under the "first sale doctrine". 17 U.S.C. § 109 (a). The first sale doctrine protects the buyer's Money 4 Movies interest in goods it has purchased for resale and rental of such DVD movies and videos as Wake of Death Movie. Under the doctrine, once the copyright/trademark owner has sold its goods, such as the video movie Wake of Death, it has exhausted its copyright/trademark rights in those goods and can no longer dictate how or where the buyer uses or redistributes those goods.
