100 Mile Rule Description: "Do you know the 100 Mile Rule? If you are 100 miles away from your wife, cheating doesn't count. So says the motto of 2 Detroit salesmen at a seminar in L.A. But their colleague Bobby (Jake Weber) doesn't play by that rule. Until he meets Monica (Maria Bello), a sexy waitress from the hotel bar whose powers of seduction are stronger than any resistance Bobby can put up. One passionate night turns into a trap. Monica videotaped their affair and wants $60,000 or she will send the tape to Bobby's wife. Frantic, Bobby enlists the help of his co-workers in double-crossing Monica. But in the end, it is Bobby alone who must deccide if his marriage is worth murder."

First Sale Doctrine for the movie 100 Mile Rule: Money 4 Movies is an online retailer and legal owner of the physical copies of movies it sells, rents and exchanges such as the movie 100 Mile Rule. The promotion and advertisement of all movies, such as 100 Mile Rule DVD, advertised for sale or rental through the display of copies of box covers, including titles, actors names, producers, and the use of excerpts, synopses and previews of the movies is protected under the "first sale doctrine". 17 U.S.C. § 109 (a). The first sale doctrine protects the buyer's Money 4 Movies interest in goods it has purchased for resale and rental of such DVD movies and videos as 100 Mile Rule Movie. Under the doctrine, once the copyright/trademark owner has sold its goods, such as the video movie 100 Mile Rule, it has exhausted its copyright/trademark rights in those goods and can no longer dictate how or where the buyer uses or redistributes those goods. The "first sale doctrine" protects retailers, such as Money 4 Movies, in the promotion, advertisement, rental and sale of copyrighted works.

The promotion and advertisement of movies, such as the film 100 Mile Rule, through the display of copies of box covers, including titles, actors names, producers, and the use of excerpts, synopses and previews of DVD films and videos such as 100 Mile Rule Video is protected under the "fair use doctrine". 17 U.S.C. § 107 and the First Amendment.
