 Dark Blue Description: "The film takes place during five days in Los Angeles in April, 1992, in the week leading up to the verdict in the Rodney King trial. The film follows two officers Eldon Perry, Jr. (Kurt Russell), a member of an elite unit called SIS, and his new partner, Bobby Keough (Scott Speedman), a raw recruit with little street experience, as they go slumming into Robbery-Homicide to investigate the shocking and brutal robbery of a Korean convenience store called the Jack of Hearts. Keough is the nephew of Jack Van Meter (Brendan Gleeson), the film's Dudley Smith equivalent, who is trying to thwart the rise of Deputy Chief Arthur Holland (Ving Rhames)."

First Sale Doctrine for the movie Dark Blue: Money 4 Movies is an online retailer and legal owner of the physical copies of movies it sells, rents and exchanges such as the movie Dark Blue. The promotion and advertisement of all movies, such as Dark Blue DVD, advertised for sale or rental through the display of copies of box covers, including titles, actors names, producers, and the use of excerpts, synopses and previews of the movies is protected under the "first sale doctrine". 17 U.S.C. § 109 (a). The first sale doctrine protects the buyer's Money 4 Movies interest in goods it has purchased for resale and rental of such DVD movies and videos as Dark Blue Movie. Under the doctrine, once the copyright/trademark owner has sold its goods, such as the video movie Dark Blue, it has exhausted its copyright/trademark rights in those goods and can no longer dictate how or where the buyer uses or redistributes those goods. The "first sale doctrine" protects retailers, such as Money 4 Movies, in the promotion, advertisement, rental and sale of copyrighted works.
